Application Process

We are so happy that you have decided to apply to Kinder Arts! We are thrilled to have a wonderful community of families in our schools for you to join.

Applications, Enrollment and Contracting
We are thrilled to have you be a part of our community. Because the application and enrollment process can be a bit confusing, we thought we’d explain it here. Step One: The Inquiry Form
The first step that we ask families to take is to fill out our inquiry form. This form provides us with the information we need to help make sure that we are directing you to the right location and providing you with answers relevant to your particular child. In some cases, families will call or email Swathi Gupta or the Director of their school of interest – this is totally fine, of course! But if the family would like to move further into the process, the inquiry form is that first official step.

Step Two: The Tour
Once we receive your inquiry form, our Enrollment Coordinator will contact you to set up a tour in the school(s) of your choice. We feel that the tour gives you a chance to see Kinder Arts in action, meet the school’s director and teachers, and, if you bring your child, a chance for you too see him or her in our preschool environment.

Step Three: Application Form
Once you’ve had a chance to see the school, we invite you to fill out an application form. Although completion of the application doesn’t guarantee a space, it lets us know that you are serious about attending Kinder Arts and provides us with a specific schedule request and payment plan. We will then confirm with you that you are interested in contracting with us and begin that part of the process.

Step Four: Contracting
Based on the details provided on the application, we will prepare a contract for you. This contract will be emailed to you. The contract will detail your schedule, your school of choice, the tuition, and payment terms. (All tuition and deposits are non-refundable.) Once you’ve signed the contract, your space is secure!
